Product Introduction

The OCTG heat treatment line integrates quenching, tempering, normalizing and annealing processes, providing full‑process thermal treatment for seamless casing, tubing and drill pipes to meet mechanical property requirements of API 5CT (J55, K55, N80, L80, P110, Q125 etc.).

It adopts advanced continuous roller‑hearth furnace or induction heating system, with high‑precision temperature control and uniform heating. Integrated water spray quenching & air cooling units ensure stable hardness, tensile strength, yield strength and impact toughness. The whole line realizes automatic feeding, heating, quenching, tempering, cooling and unloading, with low energy consumption, high efficiency and stable mechanical property consistency for mass OCTG production.
